The MPR Annual Session and the DPR-DPD Joint Session were held today.\nIndonesia\u2019s 7th President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) attended the session.<\/p>\n
According to detikcom\u2019s observation at the parliament complex in\nSenayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday (14\/8\/2026), Jokowi arrived at 07.38\nWIB. Jokowi was seen wearing a dark blue suit.<\/p>\n
Jokowi was welcomed by the Secretariat General. Jokowi was one of the\nfigures invited to this year\u2019s Annual Session and Joint Session.<\/p>\n
Also present were a number of officials, including MPR Speaker Ahmad\nMuzani, MPR Deputy Speakers Eddy Soeparno, Bambang Wuryanto, and Rusdi\nKirana, Indonesia\u2019s 10th and 12th Vice President Jusuf Kalla, and\nIndonesia\u2019s 11th Vice President Boediono.<\/p>\n
Also in attendance were Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and\nRegional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for\nHuman Development and Culture Pratikno, Coordinating Minister for\nCommunity Empowerment Muhaimin Iskandar, also known as Cak Imin, Foreign\nMinister Sugiono, Trade Minister Budi Santoso, Villages and Development\nof Disadvantaged Regions Minister Yandri Susanto, Finance Minister\nPurbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Women\u2019s Empowerment and Child Protection Minister\nArifah Fauzi, Religious Affairs Minister Nasaruddin Umar, Constitutional\nCourt Chief Justice Suhartoyo, Constitutional Court Deputy Chief Justice\nSaldi Isra, Head of the Presidential Communication Office M Qodari, and\nPresidential Chief of Staff Dudung Abdurrahman.<\/p>\n
During the Annual Session and Joint Session, President Prabowo\nSubianto will deliver the performance report of state institutions and\nthe President\u2019s state address in commemoration of Indonesia\u2019s 81st\nIndependence Day. The address will be delivered twice, in the morning\nand in the afternoon.<\/p>\n
