        "content": "<p>To anticipate potential land fires and other disasters during the dry\nseason, Pagaden Police, together with several related agencies,\nconducted a joint disaster response patrol in Gembor Village, Pagaden\nDistrict, Subang Regency, on Thursday (6\/8).<\/p>\n<p>The patrol was carried out as an early detection measure while also\nincreasing preparedness for potential disasters, particularly land fires\nand falling trees.<\/p>\n<p>Pagaden Police Chief AKP Ikin Sodikin said the activity was a form of\ncross-sectoral synergy in disaster mitigation and prevention\nefforts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn addition to mapping areas prone to land fires and falling trees,\nofficers in the field also interacted directly with residents to provide\npublic order and security appeals,\u201d said AKP Ikin Sodikin.<\/p>\n<p>Officers also reminded the public not to burn rubbish carelessly.\nUncontrolled fires can spread quickly and trigger land or residential\nfires.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to conducting patrols, Pagaden Police also emphasised the\nimportance of rapid personnel response in receiving every report from\nthe community.<\/p>\n<p>He asked all members to provide the best service and not ignore\nresidents\u2019 reports regarding potential or actual disaster events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI instruct that no personnel may refuse a report from the community.\nWe must provide excellent service and maximum protection for residents,\u201d\nhe stressed.<\/p>\n<p>Through this joint patrol, the police hope that synergy between\nofficers, disaster management agencies, and the community can continue\nto be strengthened.<\/p>\n<p>The measure is expected to increase vigilance and accelerate handling\nin the event of land fires or other disasters, so that the security and\npublic order situation in the Pagaden Police jurisdiction remains safe\nand conducive.<\/p>",
