        "content": "<p>Job replacement at City Police<\/p>\n<p>A number of top officers at the City Police Headquarters will<br>\nformally assume new jobs in a ceremony Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The replacement will include heads of the financial affairs,<br>\ntraffic directorate, crime investigation directorate and<br>\ninformation affairs agency.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Financial Affairs Brig. Gen. T. Kasdi Soehardjo<br>\nwill be appointed as chief of the same department at National<br>\nPolice Headquarters. He will be replaced by Col. Dja&apos;far Siregar,<br>\nhead of the Financial Affairs of West Java provincial<br>\nheadquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the traffic directorate, Col. Hotman Siagian, will be<br>\nappointed as Vice Deputy Chief of the South and Southeast<br>\nSulawesi Police Headquarter in Ujungpandang. He will be replaced<br>\nby Col. Soeroso, head of the traffic directorate of North<br>\nSumatra.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Crime Investigation Directorate, Col.
