        "content": "<p>The Jember Regency Government has once again achieved national\nrecognition. During the Ancak Agung Parade held on Saturday afternoon\n(22\/8), the regency successfully broke the Indonesian World Records\nMuseum (MURI) record for the largest number of ancak ever paraded.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 867 ancak were paraded festively from Jalan Gajahmada to\nthe Jember Regency Square in East Java. This achievement surpassed the\nprevious record, which was also held by Jember.<\/p>\n<p>MURI Senior Representative Ari Andriani confirmed that this year\u2019s\nnumber increased significantly compared to the previous record. \u201cThis\nnumber once again breaks the record previously set by Jember with 449\nancak agung. This year it reached 867 ancak, making it the largest\never,\u201d she said in Jember.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the ancak parade, Jember also set another record\nthrough its signature snack, suwar-suwir. A giant cone consisting of\n1,600 packets of suwar-suwir was arranged to a height of 3.7 metres,\nwhich also received appreciation from MURI.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Ancak Agung Parade carried the theme \u201cPreserving\nTradition, Strengthening Brotherhood, Elevating Jember\u2019s Dignity\u201d. The\nevent was held to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad\u2019s birthday and to\nenliven the 81st anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia\u2019s\nindependence.<\/p>\n<p>Jember Regent Muhammad Fawait emphasised that this moment was not\nmerely a celebration, but a means of nurturing mutual cooperation. \u201cThe\ncommemoration of the Prophet Muhammad\u2019s birthday and the anniversary of\nIndonesia\u2019s independence both carry important messages about\nbrotherhood, love for the homeland, and care for others,\u201d said\nFawait.<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion, Regent Fawait also demonstrated international\nsolidarity by wearing a scarf featuring Indonesian and Palestinian\npatterns. He asserted that support for humanitarian causes in Palestine\nis in line with the mandate of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution,\nwhich states that independence is the right of all nations.<\/p>\n<p>The success in breaking this record was the result of collaboration\namong various parties. Parade participants came from across sectors,\nranging from Regional Apparatus Organisations (OPD), community health\ncentres, sub-districts, villages, schools, to various community\ninstitutions.<\/p>\n<p>The event concluded with great enthusiasm as hundreds of agricultural\nproduce displays were contested by residents. The community, which had\nfilled Jember Square since midday, appeared joyful as they brought home\nparts of the ancak that had been documented by the MURI team.<\/p>",
