        "content": "<p>Jember Regent Muhammad Fawait inaugurated two suspension bridges in\nSukowiryo Village, Jelbuk District, and Kemuning Lor Village, Panti\nDistrict, on Friday (28\/8).<\/p>\n<p>The construction of these inter-regional connecting facilities is the\nresult of collaboration between the Jember Regency Government, the\nIndonesian Chinese Social Association (PSMTI), and the President\nCommissioner of PT Pegadaian, Lieutenant General TNI (Ret.) AM\nPutranto.<\/p>\n<p>Fawait said that accelerating regional development cannot rely solely\non the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). According to him,\ncross-sector synergy networks are the main key to achieving equitable\nregional connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must collaborate with all parties. Starting from the central\ngovernment through the state budget to the private sector and\ncommunities,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Fawait added that the active involvement of the private sector and\ncommunity elements such as PSMTI and PT Pegadaian greatly helps overcome\nregional budget limitations. The existence of these suspension bridges\nis expected to open vital access for village residents, facilitate\neconomic mobility, and support connectivity in outlying areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis joint collaboration is a concrete step towards a New Jember and\nan Advanced Jember. Development must not be centred only in urban areas,\nbut must reach communities in the most remote villages,\u201d said\nFawait.<\/p>\n<p>He also expressed deep appreciation to all parties involved for their\nconcern for public transport facilities in Jember. The Jember Regency\nGovernment is opening the widest possible space for similar synergistic\nprogrammes in the future.<\/p>",
