        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2014 Jasa Marga revealed that 14 per cent of vehicles\nhad departed Jakarta on the first day of Operation Ketupat 2026 on\nFriday (13\/3).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom Jasa Marga\u2019s projection, 14 per cent of vehicles have currently\nleft Jakarta. This flow is still occurring without traffic management\nintervention or engineering measures,\u201d said Jasa Marga Chief Executive\nRivan A. Purwantoro at the Jasa Marga JTMC Building in Bekasi, West\nJava, early Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the 14 per cent represents approximately 285,000\nvehicles out of a total projected 3.5 million vehicles leaving Jakarta.\nThe destinations of these vehicles were predominantly towards Trans Java\nToll Road.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that the company would continue monitoring vehicle movement\nin the coming days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere may be additional movements on Saturday and Sunday,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo with our projection of 3.5 million vehicles, we see that the peak\nexodus traffic will occur on 18 March. However, we anticipate movement\nhas already begun since Friday (13\/3) this week,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>From this projection of 3.5 million vehicles, he continued, the\nmovement is estimated to vary, with 28 per cent heading to Merak, 50 per\ncent heading eastbound as far as Cipularang, whilst the remaining\napproximately 20 per cent heading towards Bogor.<\/p>",
