Ltd. said yesterday it had set<br>\nup a joint venture in Indonesia with another Japanese firm and<br>\nlocal concerns to produce and sell printed circuit boards.<\/p>\n<p>The joint venture, located in suburban Jakarta, will be<br>\ncapitalized at US$1.5 million and is expected to commence<br>\nproduction in January next year.<\/p>\n<p>The venture will be controlled 20 percent by Kyosha, 39.2<br>\npercent by Miyoshi Electronic Corp. and 20.8 percent by PT Lippo<br>\nIndustries and Lippo Industries Capital Corp. The remaining<br>\nshares will be owned by other local concerns.<\/p>\n<p>The firm is to monthly produce 50,000 square meters (538,000<br>\nsquare feet) of printed circuit boards for consumer electronics<br>\nproducts and communications equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Company officials said the venture would export the boards to<br>\nproduction bases of Japanese electronics makers, including<br>\nMatsushita Electric Industrial Co. and Sanyo Electric Co., in<br>\nSoutheast Asia.<\/p>",
