        "content": "<p>Japan helps in overpass project<\/p>\n<p>BEKASI: The public works ministry has agreed to cooperate with<br>\na Japanese government to construct an overpass in the Bulak Kapal<br>\narea of Bekasi regency.<\/p>\n<p>According to an official at the Bekasi Development Planning<br>\nBody, Ade Achadiat, the Japan government provided funds of Rp 62<br>\nbillion (US$6.96 million) through the Japan Bank for<br>\nInternational Cooperation (JBIC).<\/p>\n<p>\"The money doesn't include the cost to acquire land in Aren<br>\nJaya and Margahayu subdistricts, which will be affected by the<br>\nproject,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>The project had been stalled since 2003 due to financial woes.<br>\nThe planned 600-meter long, 16-meter wide overpass will connect<br>\nwith the ongoing construction of Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu<br>\ntoll road. -- JP<\/p>",
