        "content": "<p>Tanjung Selor, North Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Investigation Team of\nthe Attorney General\u2019s Junior Vice President for Special Crimes\n(Jampidsus) of the Attorney General\u2019s Office has conducted searches at\nseveral locations in North Kalimantan (Kaltara) related to the\ninvestigation of alleged coal mining corruption.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasi Penkum) of the North\nKalimantan High Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Andi Sugandi, confirmed the\nsearches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is true that on Wednesday (23\/9), the Jampidsus Investigation\nTeam of the Attorney General\u2019s Office carried out a series of\ninvestigative actions related to the alleged coal mining corruption case\ninvolving PT Central Cipta Murdaya (PT CCM) in Nunukan Regency, North\nKalimantan Province, for the period 2013-2025,\u201d Andi Sugandi stated in\nTanjung Selor on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>In order to gather evidence, Andi said, the Jampidsus Investigation\nTeam conducted a series of searches at several locations suspected to be\nrelated to the handling of the case, specifically in Jakarta and North\nKalimantan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese include the PT CCM office at Cikini Raya No.\u00a078, Jakarta, and\nthe residence of a former regional head in North Kalimantan located in\nNunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the searches included the office of the National Land\nAgency (BPN) in Nunukan, North Kalimantan, and the residence of a former\nprovincial head of department in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency, North\nKalimantan.<\/p>\n<p>From these searches, the North Kalimantan High Prosecutor\u2019s Office\nLegal Information Head added that the Investigation Team seized several\ndocuments and electronic evidence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese investigative actions were carried out professionally,\ntransparently, and in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing\nlaws and regulations,\u201d said Andi Sugandi.<\/p>",
