        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Resort is\nstrengthening its preparedness to face potential security and public\norder disturbances (kamtibmas) as well as terrorism threats through a\nsimulation of the Command Headquarters Security System (Sispam Mako).\nThe Head of Operations of the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Resort,\nAKBP Tribuana Roseno, when contacted in Jakarta on Wednesday, stated\nthat the simulation aims to ensure the readiness of personnel in\nprotecting the command headquarters (mako), assets, and the surrounding\nenvironment. \u201cSispam Mako is an activity to secure the mako, assets, and\npersonnel from threats such as kamtibmas disturbances or terrorism. This\nis a form of our preparedness in case of unwanted incidents,\u201d he said.\nIn the simulation, the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Resort deployed\naround 700 personnel, or about two-thirds of its total strength. In\naddition to involving police personnel, the activity also engaged\ncommunity potentials such as social organisations (ormas), online\nmotorcycle taxi drivers (ojol), and other community elements. \u201cWe cannot\nact alone in maintaining kamtibmas. We also involve community potentials\nto help maintain security, especially in the South Jakarta area,\u201d he\nstated.
