        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Deputy Chairman of the Regional Regulation\nFormation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Jhonny\nSimanjuntak, stated that the Provincial Regulation on the Provincial\nIndustrial Development Plan (RPIP) 2026\u20132046 is expected to serve as a\nguideline for Jakarta\u2019s industrial development direction over the next\n20 years. \u201cThe industrial development direction is focused on increasing\nproductivity, value added, and transitioning to high-tech industries,\u201d\nsaid Jhonny in Jakarta on Thursday. On Thursday, the DKI Jakarta DPRD\napproved the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on the Provincial\nIndustrial Development Plan (RPIP) 2026\u20132046 as a Regional Regulation\n(Perda) during a plenary session at the DPRD. In presenting the report\non the discussion results, Jhonny explained that the implementation of\nthe Perda is supported by strategic steps such as strengthening raw\nmaterial supplies, production process efficiency, and technology\ndevelopment. \u201cNot only that, the RPIP Perda also includes improvements\nin human resource quality and business institutions,\u201d he said.\nAdditionally, strengthening production and distribution networks,\nincreasing exports, and developing innovative products are priorities,\neven supported by research and cross-sector collaborations. Jhonny added\nthat the Perda, which has been approved by the DPRD, will be evaluated\nby the Ministry of Home Affairs before being promulgated. \u201cIn accordance\nwith the provisions,\u201d he said.
