        "content": "<p>In conjunction with the celebration of Lunar New Year 2577 Kongzili,\nthe odd-even traffic system in DKI Jakarta will not be enforced from\nMonday (16\/2) to Tuesday (17\/2), as announced by the Traffic Directorate\nof the Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya).<\/p>\n<p>The announcement was made through the official Instagram account of\nthe Traffic Management Centre (TMC) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police\n(<span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"tmcpoldametro\">@tmcpoldametro<\/span>) on Sunday evening\n(15\/2).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDear road users, in connection with Lunar New Year 2577 Kongzili,\nthe odd-even system in DKI Jakarta WILL NOT BE ENFORCED,\u201d wrote TMC\nPolda Metro Jaya.<\/p>\n<p>In the post, TMC Polda Metro Jaya explained that the policy refers to\nDKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 88 of 2019, Article 3, Paragraph\n(3).<\/p>\n<p>The policy also references the Joint Decree of Three Ministers\nregarding amendments to national holidays and collective leave for\n2025.<\/p>\n<p>TMC Polda Metro Jaya also urged the public to continue monitoring\ntheir Instagram Stories for the latest updates on traffic conditions on\nthe ground.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, TMC Polda Metro Jaya reminded motorists to maintain road\nsafety and comply with traffic signs during the holiday period.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Joint Decree of Three Ministers on National Holidays\nand Collective Leave for 2026, the national holiday for Lunar New Year\n2577 Kongzili falls on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, whilst 16 February\n2026 has been designated as collective leave.<\/p>\n<p>Under the decree, there are a total of 17 national holidays and 8\ndays of collective leave throughout 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe implementation of collective leave as referred to shall reduce\nthe annual leave entitlement of employees\/workers in accordance with the\nprovisions of prevailing laws and regulations applicable to each work\nunit\/organisational unit\/institution\/company,\u201d reads the Joint Decree,\nas quoted from the website of the Ministry of State Secretariat.<\/p>",
