        "content": "<p>Jakarta's first botanical residence launched<\/p>\n<p>PT Copylas Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Jakarta Setiabudi<br>\nInternasional Tbk, and Bogor Botanical Garden recently signed a<br>\ncooperation agreement for the development of Puri Botanical<br>\nResidence project, the first botanical residential estate in<br>\nJakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement signed on June 16, the Center for Plant<br>\nConservation at the Bogor Botanical Garden will act as the<br>\nauthorized project representative to handle and supervise the<br>\nselection, planting, and maintenance of various plants in the<br>\nPuri Botanical Garden.<\/p>\n<p>The signing of the agreement marked the soft launching of Puri<br>\nBotanical Garden located at Mega Kebon Jeruk. It will become the<br>\nfirst residential project in Jakarta area, which has been<br>\ndeveloped and referred to by PT Copylas Indonesia as a Botanical<br>\nResidence.<\/p>\n<p>The objectives of the Botanical Garden concept for Puri<br>\nBotanical Residence are to put balance into the rapid urban<br>\ndevelopment in Jakarta that has been dominated by physical<br>\ndevelopments such as building structures and concrete areas, as<br>\nwell as creating \"green open space\" residential areas that can<br>\ncreate a high standard of environmental quality.<\/p>\n<p>It is also expected to contribute ecological, educative and<br>\nrecreative benefits to residents of these areas, and the city of<br>\nJakarta generally.<\/p>\n<p>The restored green, open space residential area not only<br>\nprovides a fresh and embellished atmosphere, but also restores<br>\nharmony and balance of natural resources. In turn, these benefits<br>\nalso contribute to conformity, freshness, and liberation from<br>\npollution and noise. In addition, it guarantees an improvement in<br>\nhealth and in the intelligence of residents.<\/p>\n<p>Botanical Garden, or Kebun Botani, also known as Kebun Raya,<br>\nis vast garden that contains collections of plants from around<br>\nthe world.
