        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo said his\nadministration would soon formulate a scheme for managing\nWaste-to-Energy plants (WtE) together with Danantara and WtE operators.\n\u2018Soon the scheme will be formulated between Danantara, the WtE\noperators, and the Jakarta Provincial Government. Those three parties\nare responsible for managing issues relating to WtE,\u2019 Pramono said at\nthe City Hall in Jakarta on Wednesday. He said that Presidential\nRegulation (Perpres) No.\u00a0109 of 2025 on urban waste-to-energy conversion\nwill be a reference. \u2018The most important thing is that the government\nhas issued a regulation on a tariff of 20 sen per kWh. This is for\nreference. Later, whether it is profitable or not is a matter for the\nfield,\u2019 he said. Nevertheless, the government will give full support to\nthe construction of three WtE plants that are soon entering the\ncontract-signing phase. In addition, Jakarta is developing Refuse\nDerived Fuel (RDF) facilities in Rorotan and Bantar Gebang to strengthen\nthe integrated waste processing industry.
