This policy is expected to support energy efficiency\nwithout disrupting public services.<\/p>\n<p>Secretary of Commission A of the Jakarta Provincial DPRD, Mujiyono,\nstated that the step is relevant amid high mobility and the need for\nenergy savings. However, its implementation must be accompanied by\nconsistent oversight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWFH is not a loophole to reduce performance. Civil servants must\nstill maintain discipline and ensure that public services run\noptimally,\u201d said Mujiyono in his statement on Thursday (2\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>He assessed that work flexibility can run effectively as long as it\nis balanced with a clear oversight and performance measurement system.\nExperiences in several regions show that this work pattern can still\nmaintain productivity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe main measure is no longer where civil servants work, but how\nperformance and public services remain optimal,\u201d said Mujiyono.<\/p>\n<p>The local government is also said to strengthen oversight to ensure\nthe policy runs according to its objectives.
