        "content": "<p>Commission D of the Jakarta Regional House of Representatives (DPRD\nDKI) is urging the Jakarta Bina Marga Agency to prioritise meeting the\nbasic infrastructure needs of the community in the preparation and\nexecution of the budget. Deputy Speaker of DPRD DKI Jakarta Wibi\nAndrino, who also coordinates Commission D, stressed that programmes\ndirectly related to the needs of the community must not be neglected due\nto budget limitations. Programme implementation must also not be slow.\nThe infrastructure fulfilment referred to includes repairs to\nneighbourhood roads, road paving, and public street lighting (PJU). \u2018Do\nnot let the basic things needed by the community have no money (budget).\nAnd then be slow,\u2019 said Wibi.
