        "content": "<p>Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (JMT) Regional Division through\nRepresentative Office 1 (RO1), as the operator of the Jagorawi Toll Road\nsection, is handling flooding from KM 12+800 to KM 12+600 on the\nJagorawi Toll Road towards Jakarta. The flooding began at 16:45 WIB with\na height of 30 centimetres. Field observations by officers indicate that\nthe flooding was caused by water volume exceeding the drainage capacity,\nalong with high inflow rates from both the toll road and the surrounding\ncommunity areas. As a result, water from the channels overflowed and\ninundated the Jagorawi Toll Road. Alvin Andituahta Singarimbun, Senior\nManager of Representative Office 1, stated that JMTM personnel are\ncurrently clearing rubbish at the drainage site to restore smooth water\nflow. Meanwhile, Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) personnel are\nregulating traffic at the flooding location. \u201cCurrently, the outer\nshoulder, lane 1, and lane 2 are temporarily impassable, while lanes 3\nand 4 remain accessible to road users,\u201d Alvin said in a press statement\non Saturday (21\/3\/2026). As a consequence of this incident, the clean\nwater pump has been damaged and cannot be used temporarily.
