        "content": "<p>Isuzu to increase local content<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Isuzu Motors of Japan, together with a local<br>\nIndonesian partner, will build a casting plant in an effort to<br>\nhelp lift local content of the Panther.<\/p>\n<p>The plant will produce material for cylinder blocks and heads<br>\nwith monthly production reaching about 500 tons when it starts<br>\noperation in the first quarter next year.<\/p>\n<p>Isuzu -- which will have a 49 percent stake in the joint<br>\nventure -- will be the second Japanese carmaker to set up such a<br>\nfacility in Indonesia following Toyota.<\/p>\n<p>Both companies are in partnership with Astra International<br>\nproducing vehicles here.<\/p>",
