        "content": "<p>Baghdad (ANTARA) \u2013 Iraq\u2019s Transport Ministry announced on Thursday\nthat the flight route between Iraq and Kuwait had reopened after being\ntemporarily suspended because of developments in the regional security\nsituation and recent tensions.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, the ministry said the route\u2019s reopening took effect\non Thursday at 14:00 local time (11:00 GMT). Operational arrangements\nare overseen by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and\ncoordinated with Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United\nArab Emirates.<\/p>\n<p>Air traffic will be managed along designated routes and flight levels\nto ensure aviation safety, the statement said. Implementation will be\nphased in and continuously monitored and evaluated.<\/p>\n<p>The reopening comes amid growing regional instability, including\ncontinuing tensions around the Strait of Hormuz and a sharp escalation\nin military clashes between the Saudi-led coalition and Yemen\u2019s Houthi\ngroup.<\/p>",
