The Iranian Embassy has emphasised the importance of Indonesia\u2019s\nfirm diplomatic stance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Indonesia expresses\nappreciation for the consistent support of the Indonesian Government and\npeople, and welcomes the readiness of the President of the Republic of\nIndonesia to conduct mediation in this conflict,\u201d said the Iranian\nEmbassy in Jakarta on Sunday, 1 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Embassy has reminded of the importance of Indonesia\u2019s\nofficials taking a firm stance in this conflict.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReaffirming the importance of firm positions by Indonesian officials\nin condemning the aggression and crimes of the United States of America\nand the Zionist regime of Israel,\u201d it stated.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Indonesia\u2019s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu RI)\nexpressed concern over the failure of negotiations between the United\nStates and Iran, which has resulted in military escalation in the Middle\nEast region.
