This is the third time such an\nincident has occurred in the past week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRussia\u2019s air defence shot down 38 unmanned aerial vehicles overnight\nin the Leningrad region in the northwest,\u201d said Governor Alexander\nDrozdenko, quoted by AFP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere was damage at the Ust-Luga port,\u201d he added, noting that three\npeople, including two children, were injured in the overnight\nattack.<\/p>\n<p>This port in the Gulf of Finland is a major hub for Russian exports\nof fertilisers, oil, and coal.
