Iranian security officials have issued fierce warnings to US\nPresident Donald Trump. The statement emerges amid an expanding conflict\nin the Middle East and serious disruptions to global energy\ncorridors.<\/p>\n
Iranian security advisor Ali Larijani on Tuesday, 10 March 2026,\nissued veiled threats against Trump. He warned Trump to be cautious and\nnot to be \u201celiminated\u201d, whilst asserting that Iran is not afraid of\nWashington\u2019s threats.<\/p>\n
\u201cIran is not afraid of your empty threats. Even those greater than\nyou have been unable to eliminate the Iranian nation,\u201d Larijani wrote in\na post on platform X.<\/p>\n
He then added a direct warning to Trump. \u201cTake care that you are not\neliminated!\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n
The statement emerged as a response to Trump\u2019s earlier comments\nthreatening to launch far more severe attacks against Iran should the\ncountry attempt to halt oil flows through the strategic Strait of\nHormuz.<\/p>\n
In a post on social media platform Truth Social, Trump warned that\nthe United States would drastically escalate attacks if Iran disrupted\nthis vital energy corridor.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf Iran does anything that stops the flow of oil through the Strait\nof Hormuz, they will be hit by the United States TWENTY TIMES HARDER\nthan the attacks they have received so far,\u201d Trump wrote.<\/p>\n
The mutual threats came after a major conflict erupted in late\nFebruary. On 28 February, the US and Israel launched attacks against\nIran that killed Iran\u2019s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.<\/p>\n
