\u201cRough, arrogant, and baseless threats from the delusional US\npresident will not compensate for America\u2019s shame and humiliation in the\nWest Asia region,\u201d the spokesperson said, as reported by Al Jazeera on\nTuesday (7\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n
The statement was broadcast by Iranian state media. The spokesperson\nalso said that Trump\u2019s threats would not be able to cover up the \u201cshame\nand humiliation\u201d suffered by the US.<\/p>\n
Trump\u2019s Ultimatum<\/p>\n
Trump had previously said that Iran has 48 hours to open the Strait\nof Hormuz. Trump threatened that Iran would face \u201chell\u201d if it does not\nreach an agreement.<\/p>\n
