        "content": "<p>Iran has reportedly restructured its defence strategy by activating\n\u2018Decentralised Mosaic Defence\u2019, a guerrilla warfare doctrine executed\nsimultaneously across its territory, following recent US and Israeli\nattacks on central command routes.<\/p>\n<p>The new strategy has restructured the Islamic Revolutionary Guards\nCorps (IRGC) into 31 autonomous operational units: one unit in Tehran\nand 30 others distributed under provincial-level command. Each unit\ncommander has been granted full freedom to make warfare decisions\nwithout requiring approval from the central authority in Tehran.<\/p>\n<p>According to Iranian officials, recent US and Israeli attacks have\ntargeted critical infrastructure and military command centres. Although\nTehran has not disclosed detailed operational mechanisms, several senior\nfigures have indicated that the restructuring is designed to prevent\nsystemic paralysis if communication disruptions or efforts to remove\nleadership occur.<\/p>\n<p>Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran has long\nstudied how to fight the United States and its allies. \u201cBombing in our\ncapital has not impacted our capability to wage war.
