        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 Logistics activity in early Ramadan continues to show\npositive momentum across IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) operational\nareas. Through February 2026, the company recorded container traffic of\n600,416 TEUs, up 8.7 per cent compared with the same period last\nyear.<\/p>\n<p>On a monthly basis, IPC TPK\u2019s container traffic performance in\nFebruary 2026 also demonstrated positive trends. The company recorded\n300,525 TEUs in container traffic, growing 10.6 per cent compared with\nFebruary 2025, which reached 271,521 TEUs. This achievement reflects\nsustained logistics activity across the company\u2019s various operational\nareas in the early part of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK, stated that the\ncompany continues to strengthen terminal operations to ensure smooth\ncontainer traffic flow, particularly during the Ramadan period and ahead\nof the Lebaran holiday break.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also support cargo transport restrictions policy by adjusting our\noperational patterns and encouraging service users to schedule container\npickup and delivery activities earlier,\u201d said Pramestie in a written\nstatement on Friday, 13 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, IPC TPK continues to optimise terminal facilities\nand improve the productivity of cargo handling equipment across various\noperational areas.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the company has strengthened the implementation of\noccupational health and safety (OHS) practices to ensure all operational\nactivities run safely, efficiently, and sustainably.<\/p>\n<p>The largest contribution to container traffic continues to come from\nterminals in the Tanjung Priok area. Through February 2026, container\ntraffic at Tanjung Priok 1 reached 208,198 TEUs, increasing\napproximately 14 per cent compared with the same period last year, which\nreached 182,727 TEUs.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Tanjung Priok 2 recorded 286,613 TEUs in container\ntraffic, growing 6.9 per cent compared with last year\u2019s achievement of\n268,127 TEUs.<\/p>\n<p>Positive performance was also recorded at several IPC TPK terminals\noutside Jakarta. Through February 2026, container traffic in the\nPontianak area reached 43,550 TEUs, up approximately 4.9 per cent\ncompared with the same period last year, which recorded 41,504 TEUs.<\/p>\n<p>In the Panjang area, container traffic reached 20,660 TEUs, growing\n20.9 per cent compared with last year\u2019s figure of 17,075 TEUs.\nMeanwhile, the Teluk Bayur area recorded 18,561 TEUs in container\ntraffic, up 7.8 per cent compared with the same period last year of\n17,220 TEUs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis growth in container traffic demonstrates sustained logistics\nactivity across our various operational areas,\u201d explained Pramestie.<\/p>",
