The increased security was necessary to<br>\nallow IOM employees to return to work, said the head of IOM's<br>\nMedan office Jose Al Manashe.<\/p>\n<p>Responding to the request, visiting chief of Medan Police Sr.<br>\nComr. Irawan Dahlan, said police would deploy personnel to<br>\nsafeguard the office. Police who visited the office on Friday<br>\nsaid they had so far arrested one suspect in the case and tracked<br>\ndown five others.<\/p>\n<p>The group of youths ransacked the office after the IOM<br>\nrejected the group's request to be recruited as an IOM partner in<br>\ntransporting food aid to Aceh. -- JP<\/p>",
