Rosan is optimistic that investment realisation in the second\nsemester, or the coming six months, will surpass the first semester of\n2025. \u201cWe are confident that in the second semester, the investment\nrealisation figures will continue to progress in line with our targets,\u201d\nRosan said at a press conference in Jakarta on Tuesday (29 July).<\/p>\n
His confidence is based on statements from Deputy Finance Minister\nAnggito Abimanyu and several relevant officials at the Coordinating\nMinistry for Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, who indicated\nthat investment flows into Indonesia are trending upwards. This is\nevident from the very high volume of capital goods entering Indonesia\nduring June and July 2025.<\/p>\n
\u201cMr Anggito confirmed at the time that investment coming into\nIndonesia is increasing. He conveyed that capital goods entering\nIndonesia, particularly over the past two months, have been extremely\nhigh \u2014 an all-time high. This will have an impact in the coming months,\nin the next semester,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
Given these conditions, Rosan acknowledged that factory construction\nand manufacturing production in Indonesia are on the rise. \u201cThis means\nfactory construction and manufacturing development are increasing\nsignificantly.
