Interpreters for NGOs<\/p>\n
There were no more language problems for the participants of
\nthe international non-governmental organizations' (NGOs) and
\nmajor groups' discussions and workshop at the Grand Hyatt hotel
\nin Nusa Dua, Bali, on Monday as a group of multi-lingual
\ninterpreters arrived.<\/p>\n
Translations are available simultaneously for Indonesian,
\nEnglish, French and Spanish during discussions with the help of
\nheadphones.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately the interpreters -- set up in booths -- were so
\nenthusiastic in their job that their voices could sometimes carry
\nto the conference room.<\/p>\n
Previously, all discussions were to be conducted in English,
\nand non-English speaking participants had to turn to others for
\nhelp, including to journalists.<\/p>",
