But...<\/p>\n<p>Connecting to Meganet here, through Telkom Indonesia, results<br>\nin a maximum of 10 minutes before the connection is disconnected<br>\nand reads \"disconnected from the computer you are contacting\".<\/p>\n<p>Meganet have yet to seriously address the problem, although<br>\nthey have tried to.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom, through my own efforts, has also tried to help me but<br>\nwith the same end result; I do not have access to the Internet,<br>\nin comparison with, presumably, millions of subscribers<br>\nworldwide. My question is quite simple -- When will you sort out<br>\nmy problem;<\/p>\n<p>The last answer I had from the Telkom people who tried to help<br>\nme was \"there are too many people using Internet!\"<\/p>\n<p>Meganet, presumably you survive by customer service. I ask<br>\nTelkom and Meganet, please inform me how I can best receive an<br>\nInternet connection which lasts more than a few minutes.
