"summary": "Interior Minister Tito Karnavian announced that 38 out of 52 districts and cities in Sumatra impacted by recent disasters have returned to normal, achieving an overall recovery rate of 73 per cent. National roads and bridges are fully functional at 100 per cent, while regional roads stand at 95 per cent and regional bridges at 67 per cent, with most government offices also restored except for a few village offices in Aceh requiring special attention. This progress underscores the government's effective post-disaster rehabilitation efforts, though challenges persist in remote areas like Aceh Tengah due to landslides and geographical constraints.",
