UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has confirmed that disputes related\nto the assets and management of its educational units\u2014namely Madrasah\nPembangunan (MI, MTs, MA, SDIP, TKIP), TK Ketilang, and SMK\/SMA\nTriguna\u2014have been resolved. All involved parties have agreed to\nimplement the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs (KMA)\nregarding the integration of these educational units.<\/p>\n
This certainty was reached during a meeting held in BSD on Saturday\n(30\/05\/2026), attended by the Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta,\nProf.\u00a0Asep Saepudin Jahar, Vice Rector II Prof.\u00a0Imam Subchi, and Vice\nRector I Prof.\u00a0Ahmad Tholabi. Also present were the former Rector of UIN\nand Chairman of the Foundation\u2019s Supervisory Board, Prof.\u00a0Dede Rosyada,\nalongside UIN Jakarta\u2019s legal team and former Vice Rector Prof.\u00a0Abuddin\nNata.<\/p>\n
Vice Rector II of UIN Jakarta, Prof.\u00a0Imam Subchi, stated that the\nmeeting resulted in a mutual understanding to end all differing views\nthat had previously arisen regarding the management and status of these\neducational units. \u201cAlhamdulillah, all parties have reached an\nunderstanding. The dispute that has been a shared concern is now\nresolved. All parties are committed to implementing the Minister of\nReligious Affairs Decree and supporting the integration process of the\neducational units as established by the government,\u201d Prof.\u00a0Imam Subting\nsaid in a statement to the media in Jakarta on Tuesday (02\/06\/2026).<\/p>\n
During the meeting, Prof.\u00a0Dede Rosyada, representing Prof.\u00a0Hamid,\nalso announced his resignation from the position of Chairman of the\nFoundation\u2019s Supervisory Board. Both expressed their support for the\nimplementation of KMA 1543 of 2025 and the ongoing integration process.\nAccording to Prof.\u00a0Imam Subchi, the stance taken by the involved figures\nreflects a commitment to prioritising educational interests above all\nelse. \u201cWe appreciate the generosity and commitment of all parties.
