        "content": "<p>A Brunei Darussalam-based influencer, Mohamad Irman Ali (33), known\nas Woodyrman, is suspected of assaulting and causing the death of MHF\n(30) in the Blok M area of Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, while under\nthe influence of alcohol. \u201cThe suspect stated he was under the influence\nof alcoholic beverages,\u201d said Ipda Breggy Yesaya Imanuel, head of the\nSpecial Investigation Unit of the Mobile Brigade Subdirector at Jakarta\nMetropolitan Police, to reporters on Wednesday (27 May). The assault\noccurred on 6 May. The influencer, with the <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"Woodyrman\">@Woodyrman<\/span> account, engaged in an argument\nand physical altercation with the victim before ultimately striking the\nvictim\u2019s head. At the time, the suspect was carrying a goodie bag\ncontaining a glass bottle. As a result, when he struck the victim, the\nbottle also hit the victim\u2019s head, causing him to fall onto the\npavement. Breggy stated the victim did not die immediately at the scene\nand was later treated at RSPP South Jakarta Hospital. \u201cThe victim\nsubsequently fell into a coma and his condition deteriorated, leading to\nhis death on 16 May 2026,\u201d he said. Breggy added that the police are\ncurrently investigating to uncover the motive behind the assault. \u201cThe\nmotive is still under investigation, but preliminary findings indicate\nthat the argument and physical altercation between the victim and\nsuspect stemmed from personal issues, as they knew each other,\u201d he said.\nThe suspect has been formally charged under Article 466 (3) and\/or\nArticle 468 (2) of Law No.\u00a01 of 2023 on the Criminal Code concerning\nassault resulting in death.<\/p>",
