        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2013 The owner of the Bibi Kelinci Kopitiam restaurant\nin Kemang, South Jakarta, named Nabilah O\u2019Brien, says she, who claims to\nbe the victim of the theft, has instead been named a suspect at the\nBareskrim Polri after discussing the case on social media. \u2018I am the\nvictim of the theft who has become a suspect at Bareskrim Polri. I kept\nsilent for five months because I was afraid to speak out,\u2019 Nabilah said\nwhen contacted in Jakarta on Friday. She also conveyed this via her\nInstagram account <span class=\"citation\"\ndata-cites=\"nabobrien\">@nabobrien<\/span>, which was viewed on Thursday\n(5 March). In her post, Nabilah said that for five months she was asked\nto reveal that what she stated and the CCTV footage she showed were\ndefamatory. Moreover, she claimed she was asked for Rp1 billion in the\ncase. \u2018For five months, I was asked to admit that what I disclosed and\nmy CCTV were defamatory, and I was asked for Rp1 billion. I have tried\nevery possible means to defend myself; I am truly afraid,\u2019 Nabilah said.\nTherefore, she called on the Commission III of the DPR and the Police\nChief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo to ensure justice for her.\n\u2018Sir\/Madam, I urge you to provide legal certainty. I am a victim of\ntheft. I hope justice can be upheld. This is all I can do. I do not know\nwhere to seek protection,\u2019 she added. \u2018Regarding Nabilah Obrien\u2019s post,\nI have been in contact with Nabila, and I will help coordinate and\nclarify it according to the facts of the investigation,\u2019 said Manang.\nEarlier, a husband-and-wife duo initials ZK and ESR were reported to\npolice for allegedly stealing 14 food and beverage orders from a\nrestaurant in the Kemang area, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta. The\nrestaurant owner\u2019s police report, by Nabila, was registered under\nLP\/B\/048\/IX\/2025\/SPKT\/Polsek Mampang\/Polres Metro Jaksel\/Polda Metro\nJaya. The incident on Thursday (19\/9) was captured on CCTV and the video\nwent viral on social media. The incident was reported on the same day.\nInitially, the alleged theft began when the couple visited Nabila\u2019s\nrestaurant. They ordered 11 meals and three drinks worth a total of\nRp530,150. The couple felt their orders were taking too long. They then\nentered the kitchen and took the ordered food. However, they left the\nrestaurant without paying for the food and drinks.
