The company operates a global R&D network across Wuxi, Shanghai,\nNingbo, Hangzhou, and Gothenburg, supported by over 1,000 engineers,\nincluding more than 100 in Sweden. Product development is grounded in real-world\nextreme-condition testing, from endurance trials on Germany\u2019s Autobahn\nand cold-start tests in the Nordic region to full-load operations in the\ntropical climates of Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n
InfiMotion has achieved several industry firsts. In 2021, it\ndeveloped China\u2019s first independently designed 400V SiC EDU for the\nZEEKR 001. In 2024, it launched the world\u2019s first 11-in-1\ndomain-controlled EDU with over 90 percent CLTC efficiency on a 400V\nIGBT platform. In 2025, it introduced the world\u2019s first mass-produced\ndual-motor EDU made from magnesium-aluminium alloy and the first 900V\ncoaxial EDU using magnesium alloy, a system that delivers 5,200 Nm of\npeak torque while weighing just 77 kilograms. To meet the\nrequirements of a premium European carmaker, InfiMotion conducted over\n9,000 different tests. InfiMotion operates five smart manufacturing facilities in Wuxi,\nHangzhou, Ningbo, Quzhou, and Jiaxing, with motor production line\nautomation reaching 95 percent. Surface-mount technology processes\nachieve an accuracy of \u00b125 microns, supported by measuring instruments\nwith 0.1-micron resolution and AI-powered visual inspection systems\ncapable of detecting defects as small as 20 microns.<\/p>\n
The company currently supplies 400V to 900V e-drive systems for\nvehicles ranging from A0-class models to supercars, with business\nnetworks spanning China, Europe, and Malaysia.
