Gtrontec presented an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) fully\nintegrated with CIM. The AMHS supports intelligent material\ndistribution, dynamic routing, and real-time tracking, ensuring that\nwafers, masks, and other supporting materials are delivered to the\ncorrect machines at the precise time. This integration is designed to\nreduce production bottlenecks and optimise material flow throughout the\nfactory area.<\/p>\n
Radar Production as a Case Study<\/p>\n
Gtrontec also presented a case study on the implementation of its\ntechnology in the semiconductor packaging and testing sector for radar.\nIn this project, Gtrontec\u2019s AI-based CIM solution unified MES, EAP, RMS,\nTMS, SPC, PMS, and RPT to build a fully connected smart factory system.\nAs a result, the system achieved 100% product traceability, reduced\nproduction cycles by 15%, and increased production yields to 95%.<\/p>\n
