        "content": "<p>Indovision does not care<\/p>\n<p>In my letter published in The Jakarta Post on March 13, 2004,<br>\nI criticized the very poor customer service of Indovision (PT<br>\nMatahari Lintas Cakrawala). One of my main criticisms was that<br>\nIndovision did not even offer a toll-free customer-care number<br>\nfor subscribers in Bali and the rest of Indonesia. Indovision<br>\nfinally introduced this customer-friendly service. But not for<br>\nlong.<\/p>\n<p>Indovision has terminated the toll-free number and is<br>\nexpecting its customers to have either a mobile phone (to send an<br>\nSMS to Indovision, which was never answered!) or an Internet<br>\nconnection (to send emails), or to pay a lot of money for<br>\ninterlocal calls or faxes!<\/p>\n<p>Subscribers to Indovision pay hundred of millions of rupiah<br>\nfor their satellite TV each year. For Indovision these customers<br>\nare not even worth a toll-free national number.<\/p>\n<p>Is it really too much to ask for a customer-friendly and easy<br>\ncommunications system?
