Indosat's poor service<\/p>\n
I have tried several times to reach a customer service officer
\nat Indosat Mega Media, but cannot get through to him.<\/p>\n
I have been a subscriber to Indosat Cable Internet for the
\nlast few months. Currently, the Internet is not functioning and
\nall my attempts to lodge a complaint are in vain.<\/p>\n
Only recently, Indosat increased its monthly fees from
\nRp 366,000 to Rp 553,000, a hefty increase of 51 percent. But its
\nservice continues to be awfully inadequate. They don't even send
\ntheir monthly bills regularly; we, of course, are expected to pay
\nwithout receipt of the bills.<\/p>\n
We call up Indosat, the recorded messages direct us to log in
\nour customer ID number and we are told that we will be connected
\nto a customer service officer. You are now in for soft music for
\na while. After the waiting is over, another recorded message
\nstates, "Sorry, our customer service officers are still on the
\nline. Please wait or you can call us later."<\/p>\n
Should we choose to wait, the same message gets repeated after
\na few minutes. When we call later, we simply go through the same
\nrigmarole. You are not heading anywhere and they are determined
\nnot to let you talk to a living human being at the other end of
\nthe line. I wonder how on earth one can reach a so-called
\ncustomer service officer at Indosat Mega Media?<\/p>\n
