        "content": "<p>Indosat&apos;s poor service<\/p>\n<p>I have tried several times to reach a customer service officer<br>\nat Indosat Mega Media, but cannot get through to him.<\/p>\n<p>I have been a subscriber to Indosat Cable Internet for the<br>\nlast few months. Currently, the Internet is not functioning and<br>\nall my attempts to lodge a complaint are in vain.<\/p>\n<p>Only recently, Indosat increased its monthly fees from<br>\nRp 366,000 to Rp 553,000, a hefty increase of 51 percent. But its<br>\nservice continues to be awfully inadequate. They don&apos;t even send<br>\ntheir monthly bills regularly; we, of course, are expected to pay<br>\nwithout receipt of the bills.<\/p>\n<p>We call up Indosat, the recorded messages direct us to log in<br>\nour customer ID number and we are told that we will be connected<br>\nto a customer service officer. You are now in for soft music for<br>\na while. After the waiting is over, another recorded message<br>\nstates, &quot;Sorry, our customer service officers are still on the<br>\nline. Please wait or you can call us later.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Should we choose to wait, the same message gets repeated after<br>\na few minutes. When we call later, we simply go through the same<br>\nrigmarole. You are not heading anywhere and they are determined<br>\nnot to let you talk to a living human being at the other end of<br>\nthe line.
