Indosat to work on haj website<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and state-owned
\nsatellite company PT Indosat agreed on Tuesday to cooperate in
\nthe provision of haj information through the Internet at the
\nwebsite address informasi-haji.com.<\/p>\n
The cooperation was signed by Director General for the
\nGuidance of the Islamic Community and Haj Affairs Taufiq Kamil
\nand Indosat's director of development Budi Prasetyo with the aim
\nof improving services for the provision of information on the haj
\npilgrimage.<\/p>\n
Under the cooperation Indosat will provide the technology
\nhardware, including design for the development of the website,
\nwhile the ministry will fill the website with various information
\non the haj, plus updates.<\/p>\n
The information will be given in the form of actual news on
\nthe haj pilgrimage, tips on how to perform it, departure and
\narrival schedules, weather information and those falling ill
