        "content": "<p>PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet\/EDGE), a provider of digital\ninfrastructure, has announced plans to voluntarily delist its shares\nfrom the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Indonet\u2019s shares are also\nreportedly inactive on the BEI. This strategic step is aimed at\nincreasing agility and execution speed amid increasingly tight\ncompetition in the digital infrastructure sector. Closer integration\nwith Digital Edge Group is expected to facilitate decision-making and\ncapital allocation. Through delisting, Indonet seeks to achieve more\noptimal strategic alignment to support long-term investment plans in\nIndonesia\u2019s digital ecosystem. \u201cWe will remain focused on developing\nhigh-capacity networks and data centre infrastructure. We also target\ngrowth from hyperscale needs and AI-based workloads,\u201d stated Indonet\u2019s\nChief Executive, Donauly Situmorang, on Monday, 27 April 2026.\nAdditionally, Indonet announced a leadership change by appointing\nDonauly Situmorang as the new chief executive officer (CEO).
