        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has\nlaunched a service for the public to create police reports and lost item\nreports online through the Digital Innovation Service for Police Reports\n(LP) and Lost Reports on the Polri Super App. Deputy Chief of Police\nCommissioner General Pol. Dedi Prasetyo stated in Jakarta on Tuesday\nthat the launch strengthens service features in the Super App Polri,\nwhich can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) and Play Store\n(Android). \u201cStrengthening features in the Super App Polri is a strategic\nstep to deliver increasingly transparent, accountable, and easily\naccessible police services to the public,\u201d he said. He explained that\nwith the introduction of online police report and lost item report\nfeatures, the public no longer needs to visit police offices for the\ninitial reporting stage. Through their devices, the public can access\nthe service anytime and anywhere in a practical and efficient manner.\nThe implementation of the online police report and lost item report\nservice is being carried out in stages, with the initial phase already\nin effect in Polda Metro Jaya, Polda West Java, and Polda Banten. In the\nfuture, the service will continue to be developed and expanded across\nall regions of Indonesia. In addition, to support more responsive\nservices, Polri has introduced the Police Report Consultation Engine, an\nintegrated system that allows the public to consult online in real time.\nIn this feature, the public can interact directly with officers to\nobtain guidance and initial handling quickly and accurately through\nvideo conference and live chat features. He assured that all processes\nin this system are designed to be open and accountable. \u201cEvery stage is\ndigitally documented, equipped with monitoring features, communication\nhistory, and performance evaluation to ensure professional, measurable,\nand transparent services,\u201d he said.
