        "content": "<p>Minister Yassierli said on Tuesday the policy aims to ensure the\ninternship program leads to recognized competencies required in the job\nmarket.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasized that internships should not only provide work\nexperience but also produce competent workers with certification issued\nby the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).<\/p>\n<p>According to the minister, the business sector plays a strategic role\nin preparing job-ready workers by supporting participants in obtaining\ncompetency certificates.<\/p>\n<p>Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Darmawansyah\nsaid the policy is also intended to ensure internship participants meet\nindustry standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe highly appreciate companies that facilitate certification for\ninternship participants.
