"summary": "An Indonesian man in his 20s has been confirmed with dengue fever upon arrival in Taiwan, marking the second imported case this year, and is now under intensive hospital care after initially refusing assistance. Taiwan's Kaohsiung City Health Department activated emergency measures, including mosquito eradication efforts at his residence and incentives for travellers to cooperate with epidemiological investigations. This incident underscores the importance of prompt medical compliance for international arrivals from high-risk areas to prevent outbreaks.",
