One\nIndonesian citizen (WNI) in Qatar recounted the harrowing moments when\nIranian missiles struck Doha.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad Hamdani, an Indonesian citizen residing in the city of\nAlkhor, described how the Iranian missile strikes began entering Qatari\nterritory on Saturday (28 February) at midday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe situation in Alkhor remains safe for now,\u201d Hamdani said when\ncontacted on Saturday evening (28 February 2026).<\/p>\n<p>Hamdani recounted that around 11:20 Qatar time, he heard loud\nexplosive sounds. The blasts originated from the direction of Doha.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen it happened, around 11:20 Qatar time, we heard five explosive\nblasts coming from the direction of Doha,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He and many residents in Alkhor panicked and rushed out of buildings.\nHe even ran in the direction from which the explosions originated.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the continuous sound of explosions, Hamdani said his\nmobile phone was constantly ringing. He and other residents received\nemergency messages from the Qatari government.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd at that time, emergency messages kept coming through on our\nphones from the Qatari government, indicating that the situation was in\nan emergency state,\u201d Hamdani explained.<\/p>\n<p>Hamdani remains at his home in Qatar.
