        "content": "<p>The Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) has ensured that the training\nprocess for Rafale fighter jet pilot candidates is currently ongoing.\n\u201cHuman resource preparation training is underway and will continue until\nall aircraft have arrived,\u201d stated the Commander of Squadron 12,\nLieutenant Colonel Pnb Binggi \u201cRayden\u201d Nobel, during an interview at\nHalim Perdanakusuma Air Base, East Jakarta, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>According to Binggi, the force has already secured eight Rafale\nfighter pilots this year. These eight pilots were selected following\nrigorous training and selection processes conducted by the TNI AU. Prior\nto undergoing specific training, the Air Force selected candidates based\non their extensive experience and high flight hours as combat pilots.\nOnce all prerequisites were met, the selected pilots were permitted to\nundergo training as Rafelle pilot candidates.<\/p>\n<p>He continued, noting that during the training, the candidates study a\nwide range of materials, from technical theory to practical application.\nSome candidates have even undergone training in France, the country\nwhere the Rafale was manufactured. Binggi added that Squadron 12 is\ncurrently scheduled to receive four additional Rafale pilots.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt present, we have eight pilots, four of whom are currently\nundergoing the conversion programme,\u201d explained Binggi. He expressed\nhope that all personnel, weaponry, and Rafale infrastructure would be\nable to support TNI AU operations to their maximum potential. \u201cThe\nreadiness of pilots, technicians, and other supporting elements is\ncrucial for the manning and operation of the Rafale MRCA Squadron,\u201d he\nconcluded.<\/p>",
