        "content": "<p>His remarks came in response to the alleged involvement of an active\nmilitary officer and the designation of an active police officer as a\nsuspect in an alleged corruption case involving the management of the\nMBG program.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in Jakarta on Saturday, Qodari said the Attorney General\u2019s\nOffice (AGO) is actively investigating alleged corruption within the\nNational Nutrition Agency (BGN) covering the 2025\u20132026 period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs the President has said, the law is being enforced impartially,\nregardless of anyone\u2019s background,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Qodari emphasized that the ongoing legal process is focused on\nalleged actions committed while the suspects were serving at the\nNational Nutrition Agency, rather than on their professional backgrounds\nor institutional affiliations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is not because someone is a police officer or a civilian. The\ninvestigation concerns alleged misconduct that occurred while they were\nassigned to the institution where the case took place, namely the\nNational Nutrition Agency,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>He urged the public to allow the legal process to proceed and await\nfurther developments from investigators.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Attorney General\u2019s Office disclosed the alleged\ninvolvement of an active military officer in the corruption case.<\/p>\n<p>Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, Director of Investigation at the AGO\u2019s Junior\nAttorney General for Extraordinary Crimes, said in Jakarta on Thursday\n(July 2) that the military officer, identified by the initials BU,\nserved as Secretary to the Deputy for Supply and Distribution at the\nNational Nutrition Agency.<\/p>\n<p>The AGO had previously named an active police officer, identified by\nthe initials LMI, as a suspect in the same corruption investigation.
