        "content": "<p>The government is simplifying the licensing process for foreign\nworkers (TKA) by integrating cross-ministerial and agency services\nthrough the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Investment and Downstreaming\/Head of BKPM, Rosan\nRoeslani, stated that this integration will allow the foreign worker\npermit process to be completed within five days, effective by the end of\nSeptember.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCollaboration must be fast, effective, and remain in accordance with\napplicable regulations, thereby providing a positive impact on the\neconomy, job creation, and public welfare,\u201d said Rosan during the\nsigning of a Joint Decree (SKB) with the Ministry of Manpower and the\nMinistry of Immigration and Correctional Services in Jakarta on\nWednesday (9\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, this decision integrates data within the OSS system\nmanaged by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming\/BKPM with two\nother ministerial platforms: the Information and Service Application\n(SIAPKerja) owned by the Ministry of Manpower, and \u2018All Indonesia\u2019 owned\nby the Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Services.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, foreign worker permits can be accessed via a single\nentry point through the OSS under the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming.<\/p>\n<p>This step is intended to provide effective public services while\nensuring that the use of foreign workers aligns with the specific\ncompetency requirements of the workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Minister of Immigration and Correctional Services,\nAgus Andrianto, noted that the cooperation between his ministry, the\nMinistry of Manpower, and the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/BKPM is fundamentally interconnected and has been\nestablished for a long time, particularly regarding services for foreign\nworkers and foreign investors entering Indonesia.<\/p>",
