The calculations are complete, realistic and have been\nsubmitted,\u201d said Luhut, chairman of the Government Digital\nTransformation Acceleration Committee, on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Luhut said the projected savings would come from integrating\ngovernment services, improving the accuracy of social assistance\ndistribution and streamlining public administration.<\/p>\n<p>He said digital transformation is one of President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s\npriority programs, laying the foundation for AI-powered digital\ngovernment.<\/p>\n<p>Data from eight ministries and government agencies have been\nintegrated and are being processed using artificial intelligence, while\ncybersecurity is being strengthened with support from the National Cyber\nand Crypto Agency (BSSN).<\/p>\n<p>Related news: Indonesia launches DEAL 2026 to accelerate digital\ntransformation<\/p>\n<p>Luhut said the government is expanding pilot projects to 43 districts\nand cities after an initial rollout in Banyuwangi.<\/p>\n<p>He said several regions, including Surabaya, have progressed more\nrapidly, prompting plans to extend the program to hundreds of districts\nand cities before a nationwide launch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are not buying or importing expensive software.
