"summary": "Indonesia is exploring cooperation with Estonia to advance its digital governance and bureaucratic reform, drawing on Estonia\u2019s 25 years of experience in fully digitalised public services. Deputy Minister Purwadi Arianto stressed that Indonesia aims to learn from Estonia\u2019s people-centred design and interoperability, rather than simply replicating its model, to overcome challenges posed by the country's vast territory and digital divides. Both nations identified practical areas for partnership, including knowledge exchange, capacity building, and policy consultation to accelerate public sector transformation.",
