        "content": "<p>Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs\nPratikno said both nations identified several programs for immediate\nimplementation, particularly across higher education institutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe discussed several things that we can do immediately, especially\nfor higher education institutions, such as student exchanges, lecturer\nexchanges, joint supervision, joint degrees, and joint research,\u201d\nPratikno said.<\/p>\n<p>Pratikno made the remarks during a meeting with Saudi Education\nMinister Yousef Abdullah Al-Benyan, Indonesian cabinet ministers, and\nuniversity rectors at the residence of Saudi Ambassador to Indonesia\nFaisal Abdullah Al Amoudi.<\/p>\n<p>The discussions also covered teacher education, capacity building,\nand expanded scholarship programs, Pratikno noted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo in a short time, the scholarships will also be opened directly,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Benyan said Saudi Arabia has more than 1,000 government\nscholarships available for Indonesians, but only about 50 percent have\nbeen utilized so far.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI remind you that we have more than 1,000 scholarships from our\ngovernment for the Indonesian government. And so far, maybe only 50\npercent have been utilized,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the remaining scholarships could be accessed through\nSaudi Arabia\u2019s official platforms, without specifying a deadline for\napplication.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Benyan also highlighted that Saudi Arabia boasts around 15\nuniversities ranked among the world\u2019s 100 top institutions, including\nthree to five universities ranked among the world\u2019s top 10.<\/p>\n<p>Ambassador Al-Amoudi confirmed the 1,000 scholarships are available\nto Indonesian students across all academic fields.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Saudi government provides around 1,000 scholarships for\nIndonesian students who want to continue their studies.
