        "content": "<p>Indonesia requires investment realisation of up to Rp13,032 trillion\nduring the 2025-2029 period to achieve its target of 8 per cent economic\ngrowth by 2029. This information was conveyed directly by Riyatno,\nDeputy for Investment Climate Development at the Ministry of\nInvestment\/BKPM.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo achieve the increase towards the 8 per cent target, from 2025 to\n2029 it turns out that investment of Rp13,032.8 trillion is needed,\u201d\nsaid Riyatno at the Grab Business Forum 2025 at Hotel Fairmont, Jakarta,\non Thursday (8 May 2025).<\/p>\n<p>He stated that the substantial investment realisation would create\n3.47 million jobs, spread across both Java and the outer islands.<\/p>\n<p>To reach the target, investment realisation in 2025 must reach\nRp1,905 trillion, whilst the 2026 investment target has been set at\nRp2,175 trillion. The government has subsequently targeted investment of\nRp2,567 trillion in 2027, rising sharply to Rp2,969 trillion in 2028,\nwith the 2029 investment target reaching Rp3,414 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo the target is extraordinarily large \u2014 over the previous ten\nyears, it was still smaller compared with the five-year target for\n2025-2029,\u201d he emphasised.<\/p>",
